    摘要: 本研究主要是要了解材料中是何因素影響吸音性,尤其是要如何才能對中低頻達到吸音的目的。因此藉由符合ASTM E1050 的吸音檢測設備,並選擇不織布材料如針軋、熱烘、融噴不織布乃至奈米不織布來探討不織布在不同基重、不同厚度、不同密度、不同製程等因素下了解是何變數影響吸音性,同時觀察在各種不同頻率下其影響程度又有何差別。根據實驗結果可得知,中、低頻很難將音能吸收其吸音率都很低,但在高頻處時就會很明顯發現吸音率會隨著厚度、基重增加而上升,同時超細丹尼所製成的奈米纖維不織布,明顯在中、高頻吸音率有顯著提高,整個吸音曲線會往左移動,克服以往吸音材只對高頻有效的問題。
    The purpose of this study is to understand which properties in the material affect the acoustic absorption, in particular how to absorb the low or medium frequency of sound. This study used the ASTM 1050 certified sound absorbing testing equipment to test different nonwoven materials like Needlepunch, Air through, Meltblown, and Nano-nonwoven. We wanted to determine which factors influence acoustic absorption, based on different basis weight, thickness, density and manufacturing process. In the meantime, we also observed how different frequency affected the amount of acoustic absorption. According to the experiments, we found that it is difficult to absorb sound at the low and medium sound frequency. However, when the material becomes thicker and the base weight of the material becomes heavier, the rate of sound absorption increases for high sound frequency. Obviously, Nano-nonwoven made with fine denier fiber has good acoustic absorption at medium and high frequency. The testing curve of acoustic absorption moves to lower frequency. The results showed that Nano-nonwoven made with fine denier fiber is able to solve the problem where the acoustic absorption material is only good for absorbing high frequency of sound.
