    題名: 以芭蕉纖維製作環保固型栽培介質可行性探討

    摘要: 本研究係以芭蕉纖維作為無土栽培介質,利用芭蕉纖維與溴化十六烷基三甲銨(CTAB)水溶液(0.5wt%、1.0wt%、1.5wt%、2.0wt%、2.5wt%)和海藻酸鈉水溶液(3.0wt%),均勻混合後,製作無土栽培之樣本。文中探討添加不同濃度溴化十六烷基三甲銨(CTAB)水溶液(0.5wt%、1.0wt%、1.5wt%、2.0wt%、2.5wt%)與芭蕉纖維混合後對其成型性、含水率、保水率、pH值和EC值之影響。由實驗結果顯示,以添加CTAB 2.5wt%樣本之成型性最佳,含水率以添加CTAB0.5wt%之最佳,未添加海藻酸鈉樣本之保水時間皆達66小時;添加海藻酸鈉樣本之保水時間皆達95個小時,pH值約在4.5~5之間,EC值以添加CTAB0.5wt%樣本為最佳,其EC值為0.71mS/cm,符合在植物栽培環境。
    The soilless culture medium were prepared by microwave foaming method with banana fiber with different concentration hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) 0.5wt%、1.0wt%、1.5wt%、 2.0wt%、2.5wt%, respectively and sodium alginate 3.0wt%. The samples were used 3.0wt% Calcium Chloride (CaCl_2) for crosslink reaction. Here, we analyses formability, moisture content, water retention, and value of pH and EC of microwave foaming method with banana fiber, and the effect of different concentration hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) addition and sodium alginate 3.0%. The experimental result indicates the soilless culture medium, which prepared by 20g banana fiber; 15g hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB)(2.5wt%) and 15g sodium alginate (3.0wt%) had the best formability and water retention could longer for 95hour. The range of pH was 4.6~5.0. The EC was 0.71mS/cm for 20g banana fiber; 15g hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB)(0.5wt%) and 15g sodium alginate (3.0wt%) While the soilless culture medium was prepared by 20g banana fiber and 30g hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB)(0.5wt%) had the highest moisture content and water retention could longer for 66 hour.
