In this study, filament-wound basalt fiber reinforced phenolic resin composites prepreg were made, and then, manual fibers were stacked and laminated in parallel, and thermoforming, production of basalt fiber reinforced phenolic resin composite . Focuses on fiber content of the composite tensile strength, limiting oxygen index, carbide layer area, the impact on the back of temperature. It was found that when the basalt fiber content rises, the better tensile mechanical properties, fire performance has declined.
