This experiment uses polypropylene fibers, PU foaming agent, and an unsaturated polyester resin, fixed to amount of resin and the plate thickness, change the amount of the polypropylene fibers and PU foaming agent, mixture and made the composite sound absorbing plate, we text this plate material mechanical properties and acoustic effect, compared to the lead plates of sound-absorbing materials on the market due to the absorption of water loss, shorter life issues. Hope to be able to produce excellent physical properties, long service life and good sound-absorbing composite plates.
