    題名: 明膠微膠囊經電漿改質之成形性探討

    摘要: 本研究以射頻(RF)電漿轟擊及表面蝕刻活化之方式處理明膠(gelatin)嘗試改變其親水性。實驗中以濃度10%的明膠製成微膠囊並使用氦氣、氬氣及氮氣電漿改質,探討電漿功率、電漿處理時間及水中溶解溫度的改變對其成形性的影響。實驗結果顯示,以惰性氣體氬氣進行電漿改質時明膠微膠囊表面產生活化點,破壞親水基團,而達到疏水效果。功率由30 瓦到90 瓦之間明膠微膠囊之溶解性有降低趨勢,但由90 瓦到210 瓦之溶解性趨於緩和。在改變電漿處理時間時發現,從1min 到5min 之間明膠微膠囊溶解性明顯降低,然而從5min 到13min 時之溶解性亦趨於緩和。明膠微膠囊之溶解時間與溫度的增加呈現反比趨勢,在30°C 到40°C 溶解時間樣本顯現之疏水效果最好。綜合前述,目前以電漿功率90 瓦,電漿處理時間5min,水溫為40°C,能獲取疏水性最佳之明膠微膠囊。結果使用電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀測明膠微膠囊表面,及FTIR(傅立葉紅外線光譜儀)探討官能基團變化,並使用雷射粒徑分析儀量測粒徑範圍,說明本實驗利用電漿的表面活化及蝕刻特性改質對明膠官能基-OH 和-CO 有明顯的效果及實驗中明膠微膠囊平均粒徑為113.47±2.26um。
    The study, activation of radio frequency (RF) plasma bombardment and surface etching treatment gelatin to try to change their hydrophilic. Experiments made to a concentration of 10% gelatin particles and the use of argon, helium, and nitrogen plasma modification, to investigate the impact of the plasma wattage power, the plasma processing time and the water dissolution temperature changes of its moldability. Experimental results show that the the gelatin microcapsule surface activated sites to the inert gas argon plasma modification, destruction hydrophilic group to achieve the hydrophobic effect. Wattage from 30 watts to 90 watts, the solubility of gelatin microcapsules decreased, but easing from 90 watts to 210 watts of solubility. Change the plasma treatment time 1min to 5min the gelatin microcapsules solubility is significantly reduced, however, from 5min to 13min when the solubility easing. The gelatin microcapsule dissolution time and inversely proportional to the increase in the temperature trend at 30°C to 40°C to dissolve the best time samples appeared to hydrophobic effect. Comprehensive mentioned above, the plasma power of 90 watts, plasma treatment time 5min, the water temperature is 30°C, for hydrophobic best of gelatin microcapsules. Results using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) observation of the surface of the gelatin particles, and FTIR (Fourier transform infrared spectrometer) to investigate changes in the functional groups, and laser particle size analyzer to measure particle size range. In this study, plasma surface activation and etching characteristics of modified gelatin functional group -OH and -CO obvious effect experiment, gelatin microspheres average size113.47±2.26um.
