摘要: | 本研究以揮發性精油為芯材及水性聚氨酯基甲酸酯(Aqueous polyurethane)為殼材,利用微膠囊製備法中的溶劑揮發法製備微膠囊。藉由使用不同分散劑找出最佳分散效果、並改變殼芯比例及轉速(即攪拌速度)來探討微膠囊的包覆率與粒徑大小。結果顯示,在使用1%PVA 為分散劑時所得分散效果最佳且在殼芯比為8:1 時,微膠囊具有較佳之包覆率及制放效果。在轉速為400rpm 、800rpm 、1200rpm , 平均粒徑分別為521.91±29.25μm 、500.23±28.5μm 、468.13±28.53μm,可發現隨轉速的提高,微膠囊的粒徑有變小的趨勢。制放極限時間之分析結果,在轉速為400rpm、800rpm、1200rpm 時,經估算分別可達45.5hr、28.3hr、23.9hr,故得知隨轉速的提高,制放時間有變快的趨勢。在30℃、40℃、50℃和60℃時,精油經包覆後比精油的制放時間分別提升2.35 倍、3.13 倍、3.25 倍和3.52 倍。
In this study, I used as the essential oil core material and used as the aqueous polyurethane shell material, microcapsules prepared the use of microcapsules theory by solvent evaporation. The results showed that when using 1% PVA dispersion from the best and 8:1 in the core shell microcapsules encapsulation efficiency and release time better. In the rotational speed 400, 800, 1200rpm average particle size is 521.91±29.25μm, 500.23±28.5μm, 468.13±28.53μm, can be found with the speed increase, the particle size showed the trend of smaller. The limit time of release was obtained by a linear regression method. In the rotational speed 400, 800, 1200rpm limit time is 45.5hr, 28.3hr, 23.9hr, can be found with the speed increase, release time for a change in the trend of faster. At 30 ℃, 40 ℃, 50 ℃ and 60 ℃, by the coated essential oils over essential oils release time fold increase was 2.35 times, 3.13 times, 3.25 times and 3.52 times. |
