    摘要: 本研究利用化學共沉澱法製備出錫氧化物(ITO),透過靜電紡絲法製備銦錫氧化物(ITO)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)奈米纖維,對溶液進行黏度及電導度測試,並使用掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)對纖維表面成形進行觀測。由實驗結果得知,隨著PVA 重量百分比濃度之增加,纖維的靜電紡可紡性會有著明顯的下降。在PVA 重量百分濃度增加,ITO 摻雜量不變之條件下,紡絲溶液的黏度及電導度有顯著的提升效果。本實驗所紡製之奈米纖維經文獻比對XRD 之峰型及TEM 之粉末外觀檢測後證實,粉末確實存在著氧化銦摻雜微量錫之晶格結構,其晶型結構在鐵錳礦型結構及金剛砂型結構之過渡相存在。
    In this document, prepared by chemical co-precipitation of indium tin oxide(ITO) through electrospinning to form indium tin oxide(ITO)/ polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) nano-fibers, determined the viscosity and electrical conductivity then observed the fiber surface forming by scanning electron microscope system. This report showed that for the one hand, with the weight percent concentration of the PVA solution increasing , it was obvious inclined for the fibers molding. For another hand, the viscosity and electrical conductivity has increasing with the same doping content of ITO powder. Compared to the literature, the peak shape of indium tin oxide(ITO)through the X-ray diffraction and the powder appearance was detected by transmission transmission electron microscopy have proved that it does have a trace amount of tin doped indium oxide lattice structure, and it is a transition exists between corundum structure and the bixbyite structure.
