摘要: | 本研究係利用甘蔗渣與聚乙烯醇水溶液,充分均勻混和之後以微波發泡製作出纖維集合體做為無土栽培之樣本,探討不同克數的甘蔗渣與不同克數的聚乙烯醇水溶液混和後發泡之外觀成形性,並以最佳外觀成形性樣本之比例添加不同克數海藻酸鈉,經氯化鈣交鏈之後探討其物性的影響。實驗結果顯示,甘蔗渣跟聚乙烯醇水溶液比例為2:15 所發泡出之樣本,外觀成形性最佳且發泡均勻,為最佳的外觀成形性;由甘蔗渣與聚乙烯醇水溶液及海藻酸鈉水溶液比例為2:15:2.5 及2:15:5 還有2:15:7.5 經氯化鈣水溶液交鍊後其pH 值分別為5.7、5.8、6.0,EC 值分別為1.54 ms/cm、1.59 ms/cm、1.63ms/cm,最大含水率平均可達到84.4%、86.8%、78.9%,保水率可達到95 小時、135 小時、110 小時,是可被利用為無土栽培的介質。
