鞋墊大多為織物貼合EVA 發泡材的形式所組成,本實驗主要是用三層網布(HR278TN、HR430、HR249、HR023、HR029)來貼合EVA 發泡材與目前市面上常見的針織布貼合EVA 發泡材來分析與比較,並以止滑、吸震、壓縮來評估何者舒適性較佳。由實驗結果得HR430 貼合4mmEVA 發泡材為較適合製成鞋墊,其中摩擦係數0.5,知為三層網布中最高0、形變率61%為在三層網布貼合4mmEVA 發泡材中第二、吸震測試中的G 值達到最低的8.7 相對於針織布貼合EVA 發泡材的摩擦係數0.63、形變率84%、G 值14.3 來說,儘管在止滑性方面三層網布貼合EVA 發泡材較差但在其它方面的性能卻是遠遠優於於針織布貼合EVA 發泡材。
Most of shoe-pads combine fabric with. In this experiment, we use the shoe-pads which combines 3D Fabric with EVA foaming material compare with the shoe-pads which combines knitted fabric with EVA foaming material that we have seen usually, and estimated which is more comfortable by theirs functions of shock-absorbing, preventing slide and compression. According the experiment, the shoe-pads combine HR430 with 4mm EVA foaming material is better than others, its attrition modulus(0.5) is the highest of 3D fabrics, its change rate is the second low(61%), its value of G in the shock-absorbing test is the lowest(8.7)(Low is better). Comparing with the shoe-pads which combines knitted fabric with EVA foaming material that we have seen usually--- attrition modulus(0.63), change rate(84%), value of G(14.3). Though the preventing slide of the shoe-pads which combines 3D Fabric with EVA foaming material is worse, but others functions are much better than the shoe-pads which combines knitted fabric with EVA foaming material.
