本研究以植物萃取之香茅精油為芯材,海藻酸鈉為殼材,利用微膠囊包覆技術中的凝膠法製備微膠囊。實驗結果顯示,以2 %的海藻酸鈉濃度和0.1%的氯化鈣濃度交鏈時具有較佳的成型效果。未添加乳化劑Arlacel 83 在轉速6000rpm、10000rpm 和14000rpm 時,微膠囊之平均粒徑分別為7.37±0.55μm、4.53±0.35μm 和1.38±0.1μm;而添加乳化劑Arlacel 83 後,微膠囊之平均粒徑分別為2.84±0.22μm、0.73±0.06μm 和0.28±0.02μm,且乳化效果較佳,與未添加乳化劑Arlacel 83 之平均粒徑有明顯變小的趨勢;其包覆率皆有達到97 %以上。在不同轉速對釋放速度之影響中,以6000rpm 的最終釋放時間較理想,且近室溫之30℃及近人體溫度之40℃時,可達到2~3 小時之久。
In this study, we use coacervation method, one of the microencapsulation to prepared microcapsules. The alginate acid was used as shell material, citronella oil as core material. The result shows, 2% alginate acid used 0.1% CaCl2 cross-linking has good formation. Without adding emulsifier Arlacel83 in speed 6000rpm, 10000rpm and 14000rpm, the average diameter of microcapsules were 7.37 ± 0.55μm, 4.53 ± 0.35μm and 1.38 ± 0.1μm; the added emulsifier Arlacel83, the average particle size of microcapsules were 2.84 ± 0.22μm, 0.73 ± 0.06μm and 0.28 ± 0.02μm, and the emulsion was better. Added emulsifier Arlacel83 and without added emulsifier Arlacel83 average particle size was significantly smaller trend and the encapsulation rate of 97% more above. Release rate at different speed on the impact in the final release time to 6000rpm for the longest.
