本研究以具有良好的化學安定性及耐氧化等優點之碳化矽奈米粉末置於去離子水中,以進行其表面帶電性的研究。即將碳化矽粉末加入去離子水中,並以NaOH及H2SO4分別調製酸、鹼溶液,再插入銅電極並通以不同電壓後,觀察粉末附著於電極之情況,以及碳化矽溶液之沈澱現象。此外,利用場發射掃瞄式電子顯微鏡觀察粉末聚集的形貌,並以三極法製作SiC粉末於酸性及鹼性溶液之陽極極化曲線,找出其氧化還原電位,藉以對SiC粉末之帶電性做一具體的探討。
The SiC nano powder which can endure oxidation with best chemical stable. This study deals with the electrified property for SiC nano powder in distilled water. The NaOH and H2SO4 are mixed into SiC nano powder in distilled water and Cu electrode is set in the SiC powder solution with different voltage to obtain the electrified property for SiC nano powder. After using precipitate of liquor, the Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope is used to observe the powder combining with each other and precipitation of powders. Three-electrode method is used to make the curve of anodic polarization about SiC powder in the scid-base liquor. This curve can find the potential of positive pole reduction and understand the understand the electrified property of SiC nano-powder.
