    Abstract: 一般壓力感測器較強調靜態特性,對於動態特性之資料提供較少。但工程應用上,需有反應速度快及穩定性高的壓力感測器來即時量測,才可真實的反應液壓系統的動態情況。本研究所發展之調頻式壓力方波產生器能產生高達2k Hz之壓力方波,將此壓力方波輸入氣液壓系統內待測之壓力感測器,再將壓力感測器所輸出之電壓信號經由頻譜分析以及系統鑑別的技巧則可得到感測器的各項動態特性,包括轉移函數、自然共振頻率及阻尼比。
