    Title: 居家教練運動處方與穿戴式裝置介入對冠心病患者身心健康與運動自主管理成效之研究

    Abstract: 研究目的:研究計畫擬以兩年時間探討居家教練運動處方與穿戴式裝置介入對冠心病患者身心 健康與運動自主管理之成效。第一年研究目的在探討冠心病患者以居家教練低量高強度間歇訓練 (LHIIT) 作為運動處方搭配穿戴式裝置 (W),對於攝氧量峰值、血管內皮功能、心血管危險因子及 生活品質之影響情形;第二年研究目的在接續居家教練運動處方後提供一年的居家教練電話諮詢、 指導及月訪視追蹤,指導研究對象達成及維持建議身體活動量,並建立居家教練指導策略。研究方 法:擬以48 名冠心病手術後情況穩定轉介進入第二期心臟復健課程者為研究對象,自願參加居家教 練運動課程,並隨機分配至 LHIIT 組、LHIIT+W 組、C 組、C+W 組進行 12 週的運動處方及搭配穿 戴式裝置,完成課程後再進行一年追蹤,並於介入前 1 週、13 週及第 15 月進行測驗。測驗資料 以混合設計二因子變異數分析檢定不同實驗處理與檢測點的差異。以皮爾森積差相關檢驗變項間的 相關性。預期結果:冠心病患者參與居家教練運動處方並搭配穿戴式裝置能降低運動阻礙因素達成 有效運動強度,增加攝氧量峰值、改善心血管危險因子及維持長期規律的身體活動習慣。接續一年 居家教練指導達成身心健康與運動自主管理成效。
    Purpose: To investigate the effect of two years home-based coach prescription and wearable device intervention on physical and mental health and exercise self-management of coronary artery disease (CAD) patients. The objects of the first year are to investigate how low volume high intensity interval (LHIIT) training and wearable device affect peak oxygen uptake, endothelial function, cardiovascular disease risk factors and quality of life in coronary artery disease patients. The objects of the second year are to investigate after conducting one-year home-based LHIIT coach prescribed training follow-up with telephone consulting, tracking and monthly home visiting , in order to achieve and maintain daily physical activity and establish home-based coach guiding strategy . Method: Forty-eight patients diagnosed with CAD in stable condition who were referred to cardiac rehabilitationⅡprogram were recruited. The participants will be randomly assigned into LHIIT, LHIIT+W, C, or C+W group. They will complete 12 weeks’ home based LHIIT with the wearable device, and one- year follow-up with home-based coach of personal consulting and tracking, test in one week pre-training, 13th week, and 15th month. Data will be analyzed by mixed design two-way ANOVA to examine the differences of the experimental treatment and test points. The pearson's-correlation coefficient test relationship between variables. Expected results: An insight of the effects home-based coach prescription and wearable device can decrease constraints factors, increase peak oxygen uptake, improve cardiovascular disease risk factors, and exercise adherence in regular daily physical activity. One-year follow-up by home-based coach consulting will achieve the effect of physical and mental health as well as exercise self-management.
