    Title: 長期參與童軍運動者的正向心理歷程之研究
    The Study of Positive Psychological Process for Scouting Participants in Long-Term Involvement

    Abstract: 本研究主要探討長期參與童軍運動者的正向心理歷程,目的在瞭解長期參與者的重要活動經驗,從中整理其正向心理歷程,以及童軍運動對參與者的影響。以質性研究中詮釋學為方法,研究對象採取立意取樣,對六位參與童軍運動長達十年以上的童軍伙伴,進行無結構式的深入訪談。
    研究結果經訪談稿整理與文本分析後,運用詮釋循環圈,在整體-部分-整體的理解中,歸納出核心主題,得出結果如下:
    (一)持續燃燒童軍魂的火堆:初識童軍運動的懵懂、點亮發火柴的童軍團活動、接續引火柴的童軍考驗營、作為燃燒柴的全國性活動,象徵風口的國際性活動五項共同主題。
    (二)童軍人邁向幸福的正向心理歷程:多層次的快樂、全心全意地投入、有意義的使命、能做到的成就、正向人際關係五項共同主題。
    (三)跟隨貝登堡腳步的童軍人生:共同的信仰、自在的關係經營、將夢想化為機會、走出不同的可能四項共同主題。
    依據本研究結果,提供對推廣童軍運動的實務工作者、長期參與童軍運動者,以及未來相關研究之建議,期待本研究能藉由豐富與深入的視角,更貼近童軍人的正向心理歷程。
    This study explored the positive psychological process of long-term participation in Scouting. In order to understand participants’ important experiences, positive processes, and effects from Scouting, this study adopted hermeneutics methods of qualitative research, and six research objects invented by purposive sampling. It used unstructured and in-depth interviews to collect Scouting participants whose experience was more than ten years.
    According to the content of interviews and data analysis, through hermeneutic circle that whole – parts – whole. To summarize, the main results were as follows:
    1.Continued involvement in Scouting activity. There were five main subjects: recognizing Scout movement, troop activity, summer camp (which is for merit badge), national jamboree, and international activities.
    2.Positive psychological process for Scouting participants. There were five main subjects: positive emotion, engagement, meaning, achievement, and positive relationship.
    3.Following the footsteps of Baden-Powell in Scout life. There were four main subjects: common belief, learning interaction, realizing dreams, and achieving different possibilities.
    Based on the results, this study provided practical advice on the promotion of Scouting, participation who was long-term involvement, and future research. Expecting that this study would be closer to the positive psychological process of the Scouts by the abundant and deep perspective.
