本研究主要目的為藉由管路模擬軟體的應用,進行空調冰水系統的平衡調整,將現場人員所進行的繁瑣平衡調整過程,藉由管路模擬軟體的使用,可使工程人員依據模擬結果至現場進行實際調整,以節省空調冰水系統平衡調整所需之人力、時間與物力成本。除此之外;並可依據軟體模擬結果進行調整平衡前後之節能效益評估與分析。
本研究將針對冰水系統實際案例於管路模擬軟體上建立一套平衡調整工作流程,並依據此流程將模擬結果進行現場的實際平衡調整工作。為了驗證模擬結果之準確性,本研究將針對冰水系統實際案例進行模擬結果與量測數據之驗證,以瞭解其差異。最後本研究將針對冰水系統實際案例於模擬軟體上進行調整平衡前後的節能效益評估與分析。
預期藉由本研究的研究成果,可幫助冷凍空調工程產業進行相關調整平衡工作,以減少耗費之人力與時間成本,進而促使相關技術能力提升。

Expected by the research results of this study can help refrigeration and air conditioning engineering industries to balance work-related adjustment to reduce the cost of labor and time costs, thereby enhancing the relevant technical capabilities.
