    Abstract: 近年來因為資訊系統運用的日漸增多,機房管理開始發生困難,而透過伺服器虛擬化技術整合伺服器已成為資訊科技基礎建設的主流規劃方式。伺服器虛擬化技術本意是為了改善資訊環境,但也有可能造成不同的結果。然而,許多組織依循著市場趨勢進行伺服器虛擬化技術的佈署,卻未必符合組織需求。本研究將瞭解導入伺服器虛擬化技術的關鍵因素為何,並做為評估組織導入或改善伺服器虛擬化技術的參考基礎。
    With the rapid development of information systems application, more and more difficulty in computer room management. By using Server Virtualization technique to integrated server between Hardware and software applications, also the IT infrastructure became main planning mainstream, already. The Server Virtualization technique's intention mean Information Environment improve, also resulted in different conclusion. Organizations follow technology trend on Virtualization technique, in the process Server Virtualization techniques of deploy, it is not sure up to expectations what Organizations requirement. The subject in this research is to provide what critical factors on Server Virtualization technique import of organizations, also evaluation of import and improve are reference basis for the Server Virtualization technique.
