氧化石墨烯在目前是經常被拿來做使用的奈米材料,為了確認氧化石墨烯是否會對人體造成影響,所以在這次實驗中,我們利用斑馬魚胚胎來測試氧化石墨烯的毒性,並使用anti-caspase-3 antibody 檢測細胞凋亡路徑。我們加入了不同濃度的氧化石墨烯在斑馬魚胚胎的培養液中,測試氧化石墨烯是否會引發斑馬魚胚胎的凋亡,並且每隔24小時觀察一次斑馬魚胚胎有無形體上的改變。經過觀察,氧化石墨烯的濃度升高,會造成斑馬魚胚胎死亡率上升,但明確的影響路徑我們尚未確定,往後需再持續的觀察與實驗。
Graphene Oxide is currently used to make nanomaterials that are often used, in order to confirm whether the graphene oxide will affect the human, in this experiment, we used zebrafish embryos to test the toxicity of graphene oxide, and the apoptosis pathway was detected by anti-caspase-3 antibody. We added different concentrations of graphene oxide in the zebrafish embryo culture medium, to determine whether oxidized graphene can induce apoptosis in zebrafish embryos, and every 24 hours to observe the zebrafish embryos have any physical changes. After observation, the concentration of graphene oxide is increased, will cause zebrafish embryonic mortality ascension, but a clear pathway we have not yet determined, the need to observation and experiment continuous.
