本研究旨在探討不同婚姻狀態女性以美容業微型創業之動機及成功因素。其目的在瞭解不同婚姻狀態女性藉以微型創業經營美容業成功的經驗，以及面臨創業的困境和影響成功之因素，進一步提出因應策略和建議，以提供未來不同婚姻狀態女性準備創業者做參考。本研究是採取立意抽樣方式，針對在社團法人中華樂活美容教育學會與中華國際睫毛美容專業協會全省會員名錄內之不同婚姻狀態女性但以美容產業微型創業者為對象。共計發問卷數為338份，回收有效問卷328份，有效回收率為97%。利用SPSS 20.0統計軟體進行資料分析與處理，根據本研究目的與研究架構所需要，所使用之統計方法包括：敘述性統計分析、單因子變異數分析、Pearson 相關分析、迴歸分析方法進行研究。
其結果顯示不同婚姻狀態女性的創業動機、成功因素與創業績效因背景變項不同而部分呈現顯著差異。創業動機與成功因素間呈現顯著相關。而”創業動機”或”成功因素”亦能顯著預測創業績效。
透過本研究之結果，建議將預備開創事業的女性：創業前應先了解創業的相關法令及知識，並加強自我專業訓練、領導才能與危機處理能力。更建議政府與相關單位要暸解女性創業的困難，並為其提供更好的資源與經營協助，有計畫並有效的協助女性創業，以期避免或降低創業困境的衝擊，更可降低創業失敗所產生的社會問題。
This study was designed to investigate and understand the different marital status of women micro-entrepreneurs on the beauty business of motivation and success factors. According to their successful beauty business experience, including the impacts of variable barriers and factors in progress. I will collect and analyse all the datas and provide the strategies and recommendations for their reference. This study is to take purposive sampling the different marital status women from the members of LOHAS Beauty Education Association and International Professional Eyelash Beauty Association ROC with micro-entrepreneurs experience in the beauty career. Total number of questionnaires sent to 338 parts recovered 328 valid questionnaires, the effective rate was 97%, the use of SPSS 20.0 statistical software data analysis and processing. The purpose of this study and the need to study architecture, the statistical methods used include: descriptive statistical analysis, one-way analysis of variance, pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis research.
The results were indicated that the entrepreneurial motivation, success factors and entrepreneurial performance were significant differences among the different background status of women between the correlation of entrepreneurial motivation and success factors were shown significantly. The "entrepreneurial motivation" or "success factors" can also predict entrepreneurial performance significantly.
Recommendations based on this study were as follow: (1)Entrepreneurs should be preceded by knowledge and understanding of the relevant laws and regulations of entrepreneurship.(2) Enhance self-professional training, leadership and crisis management capabilities. (3) The government and relevant units to understand the difficulties of women entrepreneurs, and provide better resources and management assistance,set up a plan and effective assistance to women entrepreneurs in order to avoid or reduce the impact of entrepreneurial dilemma, but also reduce business failures social problems arising.
