摘要: | 傳統的植物工廠監控系統只能透過單一的電腦連接控制器與感測器來監控單一個植物工廠,在使用上有其侷限。著眼於雲端運算的諸多優點以及微控電腦之蓬勃發展與價格低廉,本研究利用Raspberry Pi口袋型電腦 、Arduino 微控器及雲端運算服務,設計與實作一個雲端植物工廠監控系統。本系統包含3部分:(1)雲端:包含各種網路服務(例如:資料擷取服務、設備監控服務等)、雲端網頁伺服器與資料庫,(2)植物工廠端:利用Raspberry Pi連接Arduino來擷取感測器資料和控制致動器,(3)使用者端:使用網頁式圖形使用介面(Web GUIs)來操控系統。本雲端植物工廠監控系統可讓使用者利用網頁瀏覽器從雲端下載Web GUIs,然後對植物工廠進行環境資料收集與遠端監控。此外,藉由雲端服務的設計,其可同時監控許多植物工廠,有效地改進了傳統植物工廠監控系統之侷限。本論文的成果可以做為開發新一代植物工廠監控系統之參考。
Traditional plant factory monitoring and control systems can only control a single plant factory through a single computer connected to actuators and sensors, thereby limiting their usage. By leveraging the advantages of cloud computing and the rapid development and low price of microcomputers, this thesis designs and implements a cloud-based plant factory monitoring system (called CPFMS) using Raspberry Pi pocket computer, Arduino microcontroller, and cloud computing service. The developed system includes three parts: (1) the cloud side: including various web services (e.g., data collection service, device monitoring and control service, etc.), cloud web server and database, (2) the plant factory side: using Raspberry Pi connected with Arduino to capture data from sensors and control actuators, (3) the user side: using web-based graphical user interface (Web GUIs) to operate the system. The developed CPFMS allows users to download Web GUIs from the cloud and then conduct data collection and remote control on the target plant factory. Besides, by the design of cloud services, the proposed CPFMS can simultaneously monitor several plant factories, effectively improving the limitations of traditional plant factory monitoring systems. The results of this thesis can be used as a reference for developing new-generation plant factory monitoring systems. |
