Abstract:	本文以政治世家為題，探討政治世家在我國選舉制度下的起源、發展和影響。　　為能突顯政治世家於我國政治場域中的現況，筆者以故鄉所屬的立法委員選區──彰化縣第三選區為例，藉該選區內的謝姓政治世家的形成和發展陳述之。政治世家並非台灣獨有之現象，也非近期才出現，然而，自第七屆立法委員選舉更改選舉制度成單一選區兩票制後，由世家的二代、三代成員接替父長輩參選的情形大增，至2016年的第九屆立法委員選舉時，356位區域立委參選人中，更有多達64位出身政治世家，選後亦有32位成功進入到國家的議事殿堂中。筆者因而對我國政治世家的現象產生研究興趣，盼能了解政治世家與選舉、政治和地方發展的互動關係，進而釐清以下5項問題：第一、選舉制度演變是否與政治世家的形成有關？第二、政治世家為何能在選舉中佔有優勢？並嘗試分析選舉制度框架內的競爭是否對政治世家成員者較有利。第三、政治世家的發展對於我國民主制度有何影響。第四、以家族企業的方法經營政治事業，對於地方發展有何影響。第五、選舉制度對於政治世家的影響，是否有區域性的差異。
