金融業係屬整合專業人才與市場需求的行業,運用金融知識管理的過程中,藉以提升利潤的行業。近年來,銀行業在國際化政策的趨勢下,在有效率的整合人力、財務、物資等有形資產的同時,更將取決於如何有效利用知識管理來提升人力資本,以因應競爭激烈的環境。
研究結果發現,知識創造型態對知識分享有顯著影響;知識分享對於後續人力資本的累積有顯著影響。另外,知識創造型態無法直接對人力資本有顯著影響,須透過知識分享間接影響人力資本。
The financial industry integrated market demand and specialist to enhance profit in the knowledge management process. Recently, the banking industry faces the unprecedented challenge for sustainable management following international development is depended on how effective use of knowledge management to enhance human capital. Therefore, this study utilize related research as an indicator to measure and explore the relationship among knowledge creation model, knowledge sharing and human capital in banking Industry.
The results showed that knowledge creation model has a significant effect on knowledge sharing, and knowledge sharing has a significant effect on human capital. Moreover, the knowledge creation model has an insignificantly direct effect on the human capital, but can be effect to human capital by knowledge sharing system.
