本研究探討經陽極處理熱浸鍍鋅塗層在3%NaCl水溶液中的電化學特性,利用鹽水噴霧、快速掃描動態電位及交流阻抗試驗,說明經處理試片有較佳抗蝕特性,經鹽水噴霧試驗結果證實其抗蝕效果約高於未處理熱浸鍍鋅15倍以上,腐蝕電位偏向貴重方向,在交流阻抗試驗中利用開路電位,了解經陽極處理熱浸鍍鋅塗層反應機理與熱浸鍍鋅不同。
The corrosion resistance of anodic coating was evaluated by salt spray tests and electrochemical corrosion tests. The laboratoy accelerated corrosion tests indicated that anodized zinc performed significantly better than the bare galvanizing steel as evaluated by the salt fog test. AC impedance measurements proved that the mechanism of anodic coating protected steel different from galvanizing steel in 3% NaCl solution.
