    摘要: 高熵合金有別於傳統合金以單一元素為主要成分的概念,藉由至少五種主要元素相混合,每種元素之含量皆大於5%,小於35%。本實驗所採用的合金成分爲六元之Co1.5CrFeNi1.5Ti0.5Mo0.2高熵合金,依所需莫耳比例配製後,利用真空電弧熔煉爐製備而成。此高熵合金具有良好的延展性、可加工性及在800℃的高溫下仍具有良好的強度特性,可作爲耐高溫材料。本研究探討Co1.5CrFeNi1.5Ti0.5Mo0.2高熵合金與一般商用304 SS在不同水溶液環境中之腐蝕行爲比較。以動態極化測試及循環極化掃描來分析高熵合金和傳統不銹鋼之電化學參數。利用掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)來觀察試片腐蝕後的微結構。
    High entropy alloys are composed of five or more principal elements with atomic ratios ranging from 5 to 35 %. The Co1.5CrFeNi1.5Ti0.5Mo0.2 alloy used in this study was prepared by casting. This alloy exhibits simple face-centered cubic structures. Furthermore, the Co1.5CrFeNi1.5Ti0.5Mo0.2 alloy is ductile, can be effectively work-hardened, and has high mechanical strength at temperatures up to 800℃, indicating that this alloy has potential applications in hightemperature structures and working tools. The purpose of this study is to investigate the electrochemical properties of the Co1.5CrFeNi1.5Ti0.5Mo0.2 alloy in aqueous environments that simulate acidic and marine environments at ambient temperatures of around 25℃. The electrochemical features of the Co1.5CrFeNi1.5Ti0.5Mo0.2 alloy were investigated by potentiodynamic polarization and cyclic polarization tests. The morphology and microstructure of the sample were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
