摘要: | 研究之主要目的在於瞭解臺灣地區實習及住院醫師營養知識現況,及各背景變項與營養知識的關係。研究對象為臺灣地區醫學中心、準醫學中心及區域醫院之實習及住院醫師;以自編之「營養知識測驗」為研究工具。發出問卷3042份,回收982份,有效問卷909份,共計涵蓋36家醫院之實習及住院醫師。調查結果分別以單因數變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析及多元逐步迥歸分析等統計方法,進行各項考驗。結果發現實習及住院醫師之營養知識欠佳(得分率54.6%) , 不論是一般營養知識(得分率50.0%)或疾病營養知識(得分率61.7%),均有不足的現象。營養知識、態度和行為兩兩間有顯著的相關性。在探討的變項中,職別、醫院類別及自評開飲食處方的勝任度可預知實習及住院醫師的營養知識總變異量之7.8%。雖然本研究未能明確指出學校營養課程和醫師營養知識的關係,但是由於多數醫師均肯定醫學系營養教育的重要性,且指出目前醫學系的營養課程是不足夠的,顯示未來醫學系的課程歸規劃應加強營養課程。
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the nutrition knowledge status of the medical interns and residents in Taiwan. A total of 909 questionnaires was completed by the interns and residents from 36 hospitals. The results were analyzed with one-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. The percentage of overall correct responses was 54.6%. A positive correlation (P<.05) was found among the nutrition knowledge, attitude and practice of the participants. Furthermore, 7.8% of the variation in nutrition knowledge. was predicated by nutrition attitude, job position, types of hospital and perceived competence of writing diet/nutrition order. The findings indicate that there exists a great need to strengthen nutrition content in the medical curriculum. |
