| 摘要: | 本研究之主要目的在於瞭解臺灣地區實習及住院醫師營養相關行為的現況，及各背景變項與營養相關行為間的關係，以及營養知識、態度及行為三者間的相關性。研究對象為臺灣地區醫學中心、準醫學中心及區域醫院之實習及住院醫師；以「營養知識測驗」、「營養態度量表」、「營養行為量表」為研究工具。發出問卷3042份，回收982份，有效問卷909份，共計涵蓋36家醫院之實習及住院醫師。調查結果分別以單因數變異數分析法及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法，進行各項考驗：結果發現實習及住院醫師營養行為總量表的平均得分為85±14.5（總分120分；得分率65.4%）；在一般營養行為分量表中各子項目的得分率相近，均在65%上下；而在工作相關營養行為分量表中各子項目的表現則較不相同。在工作相關營養行為分量表中，實習及住院醫師對一般民眾之營養教育工作行為表現較好（得分率75.2%），但個人對營養知識的追求及營養諮詢與處方工作表現均不佳（得分率分別為59%及63.1%），顯示醫師在營養知識的追求與重視、病人入院時各項飲食營養相關資料的建立及利用相關資料來開飲食處方等方面急待加強。本研究中同時發現醫師對於自己開飲食處方勝任度的評估也偏向「不能勝任」，因此未來醫學生營養教育課程或是醫師在職教育課程規畫時，應注意加強營養諮詢及醫師開飲食處方的能力。
The purposes of this study is to evaluate the status of nutrition practices of the medical interns and residents in Taiwan, A total of 909 questionnaires were completed by the interns and residents from 36 hospitals. The percentage of overall correct response was 65.4%. The perceived competencies of prescribing diet/nutrition order, nutritional attitude, involvement in hospital nutrition support group, evaluation on the usefulness of school nutrition curriculum, participation of continuing nutrition education, 4 or 7 years medical programs account for 22.9% of the variation in nutrition practices significantly (P＜.05). The findings indicate there exists a great need in strengthening the nutrition content in the medical school curriculum, and clinical training programs, especially in nutrition counseling skills and nutritional therapy. |
