    摘要: 本研究旨在探討台灣地區高中職舞蹈教師生涯發展與專業成長之關係。研究方法以「台灣地區高中舞蹈教師生涯發展與專業成長問卷」為研究工具進行問卷調查,研究對象為九十一年學年度任教於台灣地區十二所公私立高中職之舞蹈教師,經全額施測,實得86份之有效樣本。經統計方法分析後所得結果歸納如下:一、台灣地區高中職舞蹈班教師之「生涯發展」與「專業成長」均傾向於低度之狀況。二、台灣地區高中職舞蹈教師之專業成長會因「教育程度」之不同而有顯著差異存在。三、台灣地區高中職舞蹈教師之專業成長會因「教學年資」之不同而有顯著差異存在。四、台灣地區高中職舞蹈班教師之「生涯發展」與「專業成長」呈現顯著低程度之負相關。
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between career development and professional growth for dance teachers in high schools and vocational high schools in Taiwan. The questionnaire consists of three sections: ”Personal Background Survey,” ”Teacher Career Development Scale” and ”Teacher Professional Growth Scale.” A total of 91 dancing teachers from 12 high schools and vocational high schools in Taiwan, and received 86 effective samples. After statistical analysis, the results of this study were: (1) The teacher's career development and teacher's professional development for dancing teachers were both below low condition. (2) There was a significant difference (p<.05) between teacher's professional development and ”educational backgrounds.” (3) There was a significant difference (p<.05) between teacher's professional development and ”the years of teaching.” (4) There was a negative significant relationship between ”teacher's career development” and ”teacher's professional development” for dancing teachers.
