    摘要: 本研究旨在探討台灣地區高職餐飲科教師教師效能信念與有效教學行為之關係。研究方法以「台灣地區高職教師教學信念與教學行為問卷」為研究工具進行問卷調查。研究對象為任教於台灣地區73所公私立高職之餐飲科教師,經全額施測,實得394份之有效樣本。經統計方法分析後所得結果歸納如下:一、台灣地區高職餐飲科教師之「教師效能信念」與「有效教學行為」均傾向於良好之狀況。二、教師之「教師效能信念」會因「擔任職務」、「任教年資」、「學校類別」之不同而有顯著差異存在。三、教師之「有效教學行為」會因「年齡」、「婚姻狀況」、「任教年資」及「學校類別」之不同而有顯著差異存在。四、教師之「教師效能信念」與「有效教學行為」間存在顯著高程度之正相關。
    The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships between teacher efficacy and effective teaching behavior of food and beverage department in Vocational High School teachers. The analysis was based on questionnaires of 394 teachers in Vocational High School in Taipei. The sample was selected by census. The questionnaire consists of three sections: Personal Background Survey, Teacher Efficacy Scale and Effective Teaching Behavior Scale. After statistical analysis, the major findings of the study were:(1)The teacher efficiency and effective teaching behavior of food and beverage management teachers were both in ”good” level.(2)There was a significant difference(P<.05) between teacher efficacy and ”full-time teacher”, ”years of teaching” and ”schools”.(3)There was a significant difference(p.05) between effective teaching behavior and ”ages”, ”marital status”, ”years of teaching” and ”schools”.(4) There was a positive significant relationship between ”teacher efficiency” and ”effective teaching behavior” for food and beverage management teachers.
