    摘要: 本研究旨在探討青少年自尊、身體意象及性行為。研究主要針對高雄市公私立高職日間部三年級學生為對象,經立意取樣,以1,292位高職學生的資料進行分析。研究工具為「青少年自我與兩性交往調查問卷」。施測所得資料分別以次數分配、百分率、平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t檢定、卡方分配、皮爾森積差相關及羅吉斯迴歸等統計方法進行分析。研究結果如下:(一)高職學生對於「自尊」及「身體意象」之看法與評價傾向於「正向」之情況。(二)高職學生「性行為」及「身體意象」會因「學校類別」、「性別」之不同而有顯著差異。(三)其「自尊」會因「性別」之不同而有顯著差異。(四)其「自尊」與「身體意象」呈現正相關。(五)高職學生「學校」、「性別」、「自尊」及「身體意象-外表評價」四個因素能有效預測青少年之「性行為」。根據上述研究結果,建議青少年學會為自己的行為負責,並且對自己身體與心理的認知、評價有較佳的觀念。
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the adolescents' self-esteem, body image and sexual behaviors. The analysis was based on questionnaires of 1,292 students in the 3rd year of senior vocational schools in Kaohsiung City. The sample was selected by purposive sampling. The questionnaire consisted of four sections: ”Personal Background Survey”, ”the Self-esteem Scale”, ”Body Image Scale” and ”Sexual Behaviors Survey”. The statistical analysis used in the study included descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Chi-square, Pearson's product-moment correlation, and logistic regression.The major findings of the study are as follows: 1. The level of self-esteem and body image tended to be ”positive”. 2. There was a significant difference between ”sexual behavior” and ”school”, ”gender”; there was a significant difference between ”body image” and ”school”, ”gender”. 3. There was a significant difference between ”self-esteem” and ”gender”. 4. There was a significant positive correlation between ”self-esteem” and ”body image”. 5. ”School”, ”gender”, ”self-esteem” and ”the body image-appearance evaluation” were four of the factors to best predict the adolescent sexual behavior. According to the conclusions of these findings, we suggest that teenagers should learn to be responsible for their own behavior and have proper concept of the cognition and evaluation of their own body and mind.
