目前蝴蝶蘭產業的土地種植面積正逐年擴大,直到最近幾年遇上全球暖化現象以致於影響到熱帶水果。很多品質特優的產品都變成劣質,蘭花業者反應種植花卉的技術能力比水果來的好,氣候異常使得目前台灣水果產品都不好照顧。此外,蘭花業者隨著天氣溫度過高,在廠房頂部加上黑網來使得蘭花室內溫度降低。為了種出好的品質,業者會經由到國外考察或者透過網路來取得最新的資訊,並透過栽培的過程與技術來產出更優質的產品。此研究將採用波特(Porter)的「鑽石理論」來探討,藉以協助找出缺點與其相關問題。先從鑽石理論裡實線指標瞭解整個產業情況後,再從實線指標的四個結構中,整理出產業中的重要因素。而實線指標包含蘭花的產業需求條件、相關產業與支援產業、各種生產因數、業者策略行銷…等相關問題。接著延伸出虛線指標,虛線指標可包含政府與機會。最後,逐步將問題找出後,再依鑽石理論的步驟以求取一趨近合理的解答。並且參酌蘭花業者的經驗,以達到最佳化與最適化的改善。
The planting land area of Phalaenopsis industry is currently growing to expand year by year, the phenomenon of global warming impacts tropical fruit until recent years. Many products with premium quality have become poor quality, orchid producers response that their technical ability of orchid is better than fruit technical ability, the climate anomaly makes the fruit products are not easy to take care in Taiwan. In addition, the orchid producers decrease the temperature for the top of orchid rooms with black nets under the higher weather temperature. In order to plant good quality of orchid, orchid producers will be through to study abroad or through the Internet to get the newest information, and through the cultivation process and technology to produce products with higher quality. In order to help identify weaknesses and its related issues, this study is going to use Porter's ”diamond theory” to explore. The solid lines of diamond theory start to understand the entire orchid industry and get situation indicators of targets which come from the solid line within the four structures. The solid line indicators include the demand conditions of orchid industry, related industries and supporting industries, and a variety of production factors, industry and other related issues of strategic marketing, etc al. Then it will extend the dotted line indicators, dotted line indicators may include governments and opportunities. Finally, it also finds out the problem step by step, then according to diamond theory to obtain a reasonable approaching answer. Considering the experiences of orchid producers to achieve optimization and optimal improvements.
