    Title: 奈米TiO2複合觸媒及多元羧酸經紫外光催化對棉織物行無甲醛防縐加工之研究

    Abstract: 本研究主要係以純棉織物以奈米級 TiO2(二氧化鈦)複合銀粉,探討不同多元羧酸(BTCA、MA、SUA、CA)於紫外光作用下進行光催化反應,而獲致無甲醛之永久免燙棉織物。其中改變交鏈劑種類及濃度等條件進行加工,以充分瞭解棉織物經交鏈反應後對物性(防縐性、接枝率、接枝效率、強力、白度、柔軟度、永久免燙等級(DP Rating)、FTIR定性分析及SEM表觀分析)及染色性(K/S、染著量)之影響。由實驗結果顯示,四種交鏈劑中以BTCA具有較好的物性,且隨著交鏈劑濃度的提高,棉織物的防縐性、接枝率及柔軟度皆有增加的趨勢,但接枝效率、強力白度則呈輕微下降。在染色性方面,經交鏈後棉織物的K/S及染著量皆稍有提昇。至於複合交鏈劑以BTCA/CA莫耳比75/25時,可使棉織物有最好的防縐性,但強力、白度及DP Rating 有輕微降低。

    In this study, the non-formaldehyde crease-resist finishing of cotton fabrics using the polycarboxylic acid (BTCA、MA、SUA、CA) as cross-linking agent, and nanometer grade TiO2 compound Ag as catalyst under UV light reactive and has been investigated. The change of kinds and concentrations of cross-linking agents were studied and the effect of dry and wet wrinkle recovery angle, grafting yield (%), grafting efficiency (%), the strength rate of decrease (%), the whiteness rate of decrease (%), the softness rate of increase (%) and durable press rating were research. The result shows the effect of dry and wet wrinkle recovery angle, grafting yield (%) and the softness rate of increase (%) could increase with concentration of the cross-linking agents increase. Then grafting efficiency (%), the strength rate of decrease (%) and the whiteness rate of decrease (%) could decrease with the concentration of the cross-linking agents increase.
