摘要: | 本研究先將聚丙烯織物予以電暈放電處理,並以過氣化二苯甲醯當作起始劑與烯類單體來進行反應,之後再經電暈放電加工;其中改變電暈放電時間、起始劑濃度、單體濃度與聚合溫度等條件來進行接枝流程,最後用鹽基性染料浸染染色。本研究探討聚丙烯織物經不同條件處理後的接枝率、染著量、染著擴散係數、染色堅牢度及強力、回潮率等變化;除此亦以SEM、FTIR、NMR來進行表面觀察、官能基定性跟定量分析。
In this study, the polypropylene Fabric were pretreated with corona dischange. The Vinyl Monomers were behaved with BPO as a chemical initiator, then were conventered by corona dischange. The time of corona dischange, molarity of chemical, concentration of Monomers and temperature of poly were changed in this experiment. Finally, dyeing with basic dyes. The properties of the grafted fibers such as graft yield, dye vpiake, dyeing behavior, dyeing fastness, strength, moisture regain, SEM and FTIR、NME. |
