    Title: 奈米銀/形狀記憶聚氨基甲酸酯功能性複合材料製備及期形狀記憶性影響之研究

    Abstract: 本研究目的為藉由改變4,4'-二苯甲基二異氰酸鹽(4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, MDI)/聚己內酯二元醇(polycaprolactone diol, PCL diol)/1,4-丁二醇(1,4-butanediol, BDO)等不同莫耳比製備形狀記憶型聚氨基甲酸酯(Shape Memory Polyurethane, SMPU);並探討改變不同單體莫耳比及添加不同濃度奈米銀溶液對其物性及形狀記憶性的影響。經由實驗發現,隨著硬鏈節含量的增加,SMPU熱裂解溫度及軟鏈節熔點皆會明顯的下降。在添加奈米銀方面,會造成SMPU的強力、延伸比下降,而形狀記憶能力亦會下降,但少量奈米銀卻能有效提升形狀記憶能力。
