    Title: 改變匐枝根黴菌幾丁聚醣/膠原蛋白比例交聯固定於接枝聚丙烯不織布敷材吸溼特性之研究

    Abstract: 本研究主要係將丙烯酸為單體接枝於聚丙烯不織布,再以戊二峰為交聯劑將膠原蛋白與根黴菌幾丁聚醣(Rhizochitosan)固定於不織布表面。其中根黴菌幾丁質(Rhizochitin)以不同鹼液,鹼液濃度、處理時間及處理溫度做去乙醯化,由結果顯示其去乙醯度隨著鹼液濃度、處理時間及處理溫度的增加而增加。但回收率隨著鹼液濃度、處理時間及處理溫度的增加而減少。當鹼液濃度50%、處理時間3hrs及處理溫度100℃時有最佳之去乙醯度及回收率,實驗中改變根黴菌幾丁聚醣的比例,以探討聚丙烯不織布經根黴菌幾丁聚醣固定後之吸濕特性。當聚丙烯不織布接枝率為15%,聚丙烯不織布的吸水率均隨著根黴菌幾丁聚醣溶液比例及系統緩衝液之pH值的增加而呈下降趨勢。

    In this research, the polypropylene nonwoven fabric grafted with acrylic acid using benzoyl peroxide as a chemical initiator for the polymerization and then immobilized with a mixture of collagen and Rhizochitosan by glutaraldehyde as cross-linker had been investigated. The Rhizochitin was treated with different alkali, alkalinity, alkali-treated time, and treated-temperature for deacetylation. The experimental results showed that the degree of deacetylation increased with the increase of alkalinity, alkali-treated time and treated-temperature. But the Rhizochitosan's recovery decreased with the increase of alkalinity, alkali-treated time and temperature. The best degree of deacetylation and Rhizochitosan's recovery was got when the alkalinity 50%, alkali-treated 3 hours, treated-temperature 100℃. On the other hand, the swelling ratio decreases with the increase of the ratio of Rhizochitosan in the composites and the pH values in buffer solutions.
