    摘要: 本實驗採用spectra®與高強力聚酯纖維進行Ribbond的編織,並改變電漿處理條件中的氣體比例條件與處理時間,來改善spectra®纖維表面性質,並將其含浸光硬化樹脂,籍以提升Ribbond與樹脂含浸時界面間的接著性與使用上的機械性質。研究結果顯示,Ribbond編織物的強力會隨著處理時間的增加而下降。於相同電將處理條件下PET Ribbond的強力與PE Ribbond相較其強力損失較為嚴重。於相同處理條件時間4min時其PET強力損失為10%,PE為6.82%。Ribbond編織物的接觸角會隨著會隨著處理時間的增加而下降。於相同電漿處理條件下PET Ribbond的濕潤性較PE Ribbond佳。

    In this study, we use spectra® and HDPET fiber by leno structure to weave Ribbond composites. The surfacial property will be modified by plasma treating with different ratio of gas and treat time. The modified samples were coated by UV curable resin to improve mechanical property of Ribbond composites. From the result shows the strength of Ribbond composites were decreased with the increase of treating time. The strength of HDPET Ribbond lose more than HMWPE Ribbond in the same Plasma treat time. HDPET strength lose 10%, PE lose 6.82% when the same treat time at 4 minute. The contact angle of Ribbond will decrease with the increase the treat time increased. HDPET Ribbond composites wetting property better than HMWPE Ribbond composites.
