    Abstract: 在石油/石化工業,壓力容器與輸送管線經常遭遇腐蝕破裂損壞,而造成工安事故累累與悲痛慘劇。常見的腐蝕破裂有:氫誘破裂〔HIC〕、硫化物張力腐蝕破〔SSC〕、張力腐蝕破裂〔SSC〕:其所帶來的損失,常常是人員傷亡、設備損、生產損失、和環境污染。導致這些腐蝕破裂的反應機構各不相同,因此其預防與解決之對策也各不相同。本文將先解說:什麼是HIC/SSC/SSC?爲什麼HIC/SSC/SCC會發生?那些材料易感染HIC/SSC/SCC?那些地方容易發生HIC/SSC/SCC:進而探討如何防範與解決HIC/SSC/SCC。本文之重點針對如何避免這些腐蝕破裂損壞之發生,提供作者長年之研發心得與實務經驗,分別詳述:如何對現有設備,做探傷檢驗?如何對現有設備損傷部分,做維護修補?如何對新設備或更換設備,寓防範與解決之道於設計與建造施工?等等因應防範與補救措施。
