    Abstract: 影響圖(Influence Diagrams)是一種具方向性且非循環的圖形，用来描述目標系统的重要變數間的相互關係。由於影響圖具有直覺圖畫式的表達、有效率的計算構架、以及嚴謹的不確定性的處理等優點，經過十幾年的研究、開發，已被證實爲有效的模式化(Modeling)工具。然而，在台灣影響圖尚未被廣泛及有效地應用。所以，本文乃就其起源及發展作一簡述，並對其基本结構、推論運作及其應用，作概略的介紹。其目的在讓讀者對影響圖有基本的了解，爲進一步研究、應用奠定基礎。
