    Title: 玻璃短纖維補強聚氨基甲酸乙酯發炮體之研究

    Abstract: 本文以聚氨基甲酸乙酯(PU)為基材,再將E型玻璃纖維及發泡劑添加於原料中,經攪拌均勻混合發泡形成發泡材。藉由不同的纖維混合比例及不同的發泡密度,來探討其機械性質。結果顯示,當玻璃纖維添加量愈高時,發泡體之拉伸強度、壓縮強度等均隨之升高,而開孔率及吸水量則變化不顯著。隨著密度逐漸增加到0.5g/cm3,添加纖維之發泡體比未添加纖維之發泡體,其拉伸強度呈現6-17%的增加量,壓縮強度則有3-119%的增加量。
