    Title: 軟質椰子纖維板之研究

    Abstract: 本研究係利用回收之廢椰子纖維為原料，透過含浸聚反脂樹脂(PU)，經加壓預乾、烘乾定型等過程製造成纖維板，並且藉由改變纖維板中PU樹脂之含量，探討產品之最佳製造條件與機械性質。結果顯示，PU樹脂之含量在20%以上時，纖維板可得到較佳之成型性與較穩定之機械性質。且隨著PU樹脂含量的提高，纖維板之拉伸斷裂強度、彎曲斷裂變形量、彈性、熱傳導性與尺寸安定性均升高，而含水率則會隨之下降。
