本研究選用適當濃度的眾乙烯醇及二氧化矽水溶液,當作不織布表面塗佈的藥劑,經由表面塗佈的聚丙烯不織布,在不同的溫度與時間下,經過熱壓後,觀察其物化性之影響,並探討其應用於噴墨印表紙列印後的效果。結果顯示,經過塗佈後的聚丙烯不織布,在120°C下熱壓4-5min '經過實際列 印後,可得到最佳的列印品質。
This study discusses about the printing effect on the ink-jet printer and the physical and chemical properties of the surface-coated non-woven paper made of Polypropylene. Polyvinyl alcohol and Silica solution in proper concentration is taken as the medicament coatmg on the surface of non-woven, which is heat-pressed in different temperature and timing then. The result of the experiment finds that the surface-coated non-woven, under the 120°C heat-pressed about 4~5 minutes, could approach to the best printing quality.
