The research used SAP,Nylon as raw materials ,and the coin waste and paper waste as assist materials ,and making them to make use of simple and convenient sandags on prevention of flood ,and make use the SAPcharacteristics of absorbing much water and tasting physical properties of finishing simple and convenient sandbags in order to investigate the application on prevention of flood . The experimental results indicated that when the added coin waste and paper waste of SAPis less effecting of absorbing water ,but it has clear effecting of strengthening the structure after absorbing water ,and the physical properties of tasting are showing the tendency is added with increasing the SAP.
