本研究是以界面聚合法製備PU系微膠囊,以PU單體為瞉物質,DOP為核心物質。藉由組織均質機控制轉速的不同造成微膠囊粒徑的差異,並且探討微膠囊粒徑大小對其制放性質的影響。實驗結果為轉速大者粒徑小;粒徑大小分佈範圍集中,且轉速高者其制敦性較轉速低者快,殼材較厚者其制放性較快達到平衡而較薄者較慢達到平衡。
The study is used by interfacial polymerization to prepare PU microencapsules,it is made by Pumonomer for the shell material and DOP for the core material.It is used by change the different speeds of the dispersing machine can make the differ particle size of microencapsules, and discuss the influence of controlled reslease by the particle size . The result of experimental is that high stirring speed can make small particle size, particle size distribution center and high strring speeds get higher release than low stirring speeds.
