    题名: 明膠包覆精油微膠囊之製備及其制放性之探討

    摘要: 本研究主要是以明膠為殼物質,檸檬精油為核物質,利用凝膠法亦即相分離法製備微膠囊。藉由改變明膠濃度、攪拌轉速,來探討對微膠囊的粒徑大小、精油包覆率及制放性之影響。此外交鏈劑種類及分散劑種類,來探討對微膠囊包覆合適條件及其包覆可行性。實驗結果顯示隨著明膠濃度越高粒徑會變大,轉速固定在400rpm下,明膠濃度分別為2%、3%、4%、5%時,其平均粒徑分別為42.5μm、42.6μm、44.6μm、45.0μm,且明膠濃度越高制放效果越慢,而對包覆率而言,明膠度在3%時會達最大值約為98.630%,而後隨著明膠濃度越高而降低;此外隨著攪拌轉速越慢粒徑變大,明膠濃度固定在5%下,攪拌轉速分別為200rpm、400rpm、600rpm、800rpm,其平均粒徑分別為50.6μm、45.0μm、14.8μm、11.7μm,且攪拌轉速越慢制放效果越慢,而包覆率則隨著攪拌轉速越高而變大。綜合制放實驗結果可得添加明膠5%時可獲取最佳之制放效果,其制放緩和時間約為431min,為無殼材包覆的芯材釋放時間之9.5倍。

    In this study, microcapsules were prepared by a phase separation/coacervation method. Gelatin was used as wall-membrane material and lemon essential oil was used as core material. The parameters included concentration of gelatin and stirring speed were investigated, for discussing the particle size, oil containing and release properties of the microcapsules. The factors of crosslinking agent and dispersing agent, optimal oil containing microcapsules were also discussed. The results indicated that the particle size increased, with increasing concentration of gelatin. The particle size was 42.5μm, 42.6μm, 44.6μm and 45.0μm respectively at concentration of gelatin was 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%. And the release rate decreased, with increasing concentration of gelatin. The optimal value of oil containing was 98.630%, obtained at 3% of the concentration of gelatin. As well as the value decreased, with increasing the concentration of gelatin. The more stirring speed decreased, the larger particle size obtained. The particle size was 50.6μm, 45.0μm, 14.8μm and 11.7μm, at stirring speed of 200rpm, 400rpm, 600rpm, 800rpm, respectively. With stirring speed decreasing, the release rate decreasing, and with stirring speed increasing, oil containing increasing. The best oil sustaining release time was obtained at 5% of the concentration of gelatin, and the final release time was about 431 minutes.
