摘要: | 現代人使用芳香療法的同時,因使用時間過長或大意疏忽,常容易導致災害產生。為使茶樹精油能在低溫下使用,以減少不必要的意外災害發生,本實驗採用凝膠法來進行卡德蘭膠包覆茶樹精油微膠囊之製備。籍由不同的卡德蘭膠濃度與交鏈劑濃度及凝膠時間,分別探討微膠囊之成型性、釋放性與其粒徑大小。卡德蘭膠是一種對酸鹼敏感型的材料,所以能藉由添加氫氣化鈉及冰醋酸來控制實驗所需的pH值。結果顯示以0.5%卡德蘭膠溶液與10%氯化鈣溶液在轉速800rpm下交鏈24小時後為較佳的微膠囊成型條件。以較佳成型條件下完成之微膠囊其平均粒徑為191±22μm。經微膠囊包覆後之茶樹精油可以使原本釋放性緩慢的茶樹精油釋放速度變快。
Tea-tree oil encapsulated with curdlan microcapsules were prepared by a simple coacervation method. The morphology particle size, size distribution and properties of controlled release were discussed in this study. Curdlan glue is one of the pH value sensitive materials, so can use NaOH and glacial acetic acid control pH value. The results indicated that the better conditions for preparation of microcapsules were 0.5% curdlan solution, 10% concentration of CaCl2 at 800 rpm for 120 mm. The average particle size was 191±22μm at the conditions as mention above. Tea-tree oil encapsulated with curdlan microcapsules can make the tea-tree oil's release speed fast. |
