    Title: PU微膠囊包覆相轉移材料之製備與其熱性質之探討

    Abstract: 本研究以帶有12個結晶水之磷酸氫鈉(Na2HPO4•12H2O)為芯材和聚氨基甲酸酯(PU)為殼材,利用微膠囊包覆理論中的溶劑揮發法製備相變化微膠囊。藉由改變轉速、分散劑添加量以及黏度來探討微膠囊的粒徑大小與成型性以及熱性質的影響。結果顯示相變化微膠囊,隨著粒徑的減小其熔點溫度有上升的趨勢,但是蓄熱保溫的時間並沒有明顯改變。將其塗佈於不織布上其吸放熱效果相差不大。

    In this study, used as the disodium hydrogenphosphate 12-water (Na2HPO4•12H2O) core material and used as the polyurethane(PU) shell material, to prepare the microcapsules of phase change material by microcapsules theory of solvent evaporation method We changed rotate speed, dispersant volume and viscosity to analysis the particle size, figuration and thermal properties. The results show that the temperature of melting point decreased with the particle size increased, but the time of keep warming is no obviously change. The thermal property is no difference when we applied to distribute on non-woven.
