| 摘要: | 臺灣自清末開始，隨著洋商的貿易，將歐式建築風格帶入臺灣，為我國傳統建築向現代發展的萌芽階段。而後的日領時期，伴隨著一批受過布雜學院式教育的知識份子，建立起現代教育與新建築觀念之宣傳，取代了過去由匠師營建房屋的狀況，建造了一批新古典與維多利亞風格的官舍建築，並逐漸的影響了臺灣傳統民居，產生了民居建築式樣洋化之現象，臺灣的建築外觀也開啟其多元化的發展歷程。
近年來臺灣都市快速發展，都市開始向上沿伸，中高層建築如雨後春筍般的陸續推展，而這些建築物的立面外觀構成了都市儀容的新面孔，中高建築的立面設計，著實成為建築師們不得不面對的新挑戰，而歐式建築風格即成為建商在銷售企劃上諸多著墨的銷售賣點之一。
然而建商因住宅市場決策的主導性，進而影響了建築業界現況，專業相關領域的責任歸屬分際不明，建築立面於銷售定位與規劃設計上缺乏專業性的一致共識，均影響著建築形體的發展。因此，本研究希冀由不同立場的角色代表建立思考轉變和對『歐式建築』實例的認知，重新理解『歐式建築』在專業及非專業領域的形式解讀，探討『歐式建築』所代表的設計精髓和現實意義。
Since the late stage of Qing dynasty, the European Architecture Style was imported by foreign business to Taiwan, which was the initial stage of architectural modernization in Taiwan. During the Japanese colonial period, some intellectuals who studied fine art abroad established modern architectural education and advertisement, which substituted the traditional construction methods by craft men. A series of Victoria-style governmental buildings was constructed and influenced Taiwan traditional housing designs. As a consequence, general public’s housing began westernized and façades of buildings in Taiwan began diversification.
In recent year, due to the rapid growth, cities’ skylines has raised, and high-rise buildings became more and more popular. As a result, facades of these buildings became new faces of cities. Moreover, those high-rise buildings and their façades make architects face the challenges. As a consequence, the European Architecture Style has begun one of the selling point for marketing activities.
However, developers usually have dominating power over housing marketing and, in consequence, have impacted current business activities in building industry. Secondly, the responsibility and accountability in the architecture industry was unclear. As a result, a lack of consensus about facade between marketing and planning that affect the development of facades and building designs. As a consequence, this research intends to find out the practitioners’ understanding of European Architecture in order to understand the interpretations of European Architecture in both professional and non-professional fields. That is to say, this research intends to rationalize the keys of architecture design and the meaning of it in the reality. |
