    摘要: 本研究旨在探討國中生生活壓力與因應策略之關係,並比較不同背景變項國中生在生活壓力與壓力因應策略之差異,以及瞭解國中生生活壓力與壓力因應策略之相關情形。此外,更進一步探討因應策略的預測變項。本研究透過立意取樣選取臺北市立南門國中七至九年級學生為研究對象,採問卷調查方式,以「個人基本資料」、「國中生生活壓力量表」、「壓力因應策略量表」為研究工具,共抽取15個班級,發放413份問卷,回收有效問卷405份。研究資料以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異分析、Pearson積差相關及多元迴歸分析等統計方法,進行資料處理。
    研究結果摘要如下:
    一、不同性別、家庭型態、父母親教育程度、母親管教方式的國中生在部分生活壓力上有顯著差異。
    二、不同年級、父親管教方式的國中生在生活壓力上有顯著差異。
    三、不同性別、年級、家庭型態、父親職業、教育程度;母親管教方式的國中生在部分壓力因應策略有顯著差異。
    四、國中生之生活壓力和因應策略有顯著相關。
    五、國中生之生活壓力能有效預測因應策略,其中以「逃避情緒焦點因應」最具預測力。
    最後,本研根據研究結果進行討論,並提出具體建議,以作為學校、國中教師、學生、家長以及未來研究之參考。
    This research aimed to investigate the relation of junior high school students life stress and the coping strategies, and compare the differences between life stress in different background variables of junior high school students and stress coping strategy, as well as to understand the junior high school students life stress and the coping strategies of the relevant circumstances. In
    addition, to further explore the coping strategies of predictive variables. This research selected purposive sampling from Taipei Municipal Nanmen Junior High School students seventh grader to ninth grader as the object of study, using the questionnaire survey,make "basic personal data", "junior high school students life stress scale", "stress coping strategies scale" as a research tool.15 classes were chosen,413 surveys had been sent out,and 405 were effective.The obtained data were analyzed by using the methods of descriptive statistics,t-test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson product-moment correlation,and multiple regression method of statistical analysis,data processing performed.
    The main findings were as follow:
    1.There was significant difference in life stress among students with different gender,family patterns,parental education levels and mother's parenting style.
    2.Different grades,father's parenting style of junior high school students, there are significant differences in life stress.
    3.Different gender,grade,family patterns,Father's occupation, education level,mother's parenting style of junior high school students have significant differences on some stress coping strategy.
    4.The were significant correlations between life stress and coping strategies.
    5.Junior high school students life stress can be predicted coping strategies,among that「escape emotion-focused coping」have most predictive power.
    Finally,possible explanations for these finding and implications were discussed.Based on the finding,this study also proposed some relevant suggestions that could be a reference to schools,junior high school teachers,students, parents and future researches.
