    Title: 國中女子籃球隊不同訓練期身心壓力狀態之研究

    Abstract: 目的:本研究目的旨在探討國中籃球選手在不同訓練期對運動壓力之差異情形。方法:本研究以台北市立石牌國民中學女子籃球代表隊,一至三年級學生15名為研究對象,於不同訓練週期中及不同訓練負荷之下,分別在準備期、比賽前期、預賽期、複賽期、過渡期進行Recovery-Stress Questionnaire for Athletes問卷調查,問卷內容包含一般壓力構面、心理壓力構面、生理壓力構面與社會壓力構面。所得資料彙整後,使用One-way ANOVA進行分析,α<.05。結果:(一)不同訓練階段的壓力狀態,其高低依序為一般壓力、生理壓力、心理壓力與社會壓力。(二)賽前期的一般壓力與生理壓力顯著地高於過渡期的一般壓力與生理壓力,其餘各階段間的壓力水準則未達顯著水準。結論:國中女子籃球隊員的壓力水準在各訓練不同階段,差異不甚明顯。
    Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to explore the physical and mental stress of junior women’s basketball players in different training phases. Methods: Fifteen players aged 13-15, from Taipei City Su-Pai middle school women’s basketball team were recruited. The RESTQ-52 Sport Questionnaire was used to investigate the general physiological, psychological, and social stress status during preparatory, pre-competitive, preliminaries, semi-final and transition phases. One-way ANOVA was performed and significance was set prior at α=.05. Results: 1) The general stress was the highest followed by physiological, psychological and social stress in the subjects; 2) The general and physiological stress during the pre-competitive were significantly higher than that of transition phases. Conclusion: Stress level of women's basketball team, at least in this study, was not significant across different training phases.
