    題名: 合成纖維/蜂巢結構立體織物複合板材之物理性質及吸音性研究

    摘要: 噪音的控制問題已引起各國政府和科技工作者的普遍重視。噪音對人體健康之影響可分為兩個部分:1.生理影響:引起人體緊張的反應、使腎上腺素增加、引起心率改變及血壓升高、造成聽力機構的損害。2.心理影響:噪音容易讓人覺得煩惱、對睡眠的干擾。為了提升生活品質,就需要減低噪音的汙染。
    本實驗以PU發泡板材及蜂巢結構纖維織物結合製成多孔型複合吸音材料。透過改變板材的結構、厚度、孔徑大小、密度並對板材強力及吸音性能進行測試,作為主要探討項目,希望製出機械性質優良且吸音效果良好的室內吸音用材料。
    在實驗中首先探討密度改變對結構之影響,結果得知PU發泡體在固定體積時密度越大孔徑則越小,而孔徑大小介在0.3mm~0.72mm能有最好的吸音效果。
    將蜂巢結構纖維織物作為補強材製作之複合板材,測其機械性質及吸音效果,測試結果為,3mm之機械性質最佳,密度0.19 g/cm3、經、緯向衝擊強力分別為88.57Kg-cm、86.64 Kg-cm。吸音性能與未使用蜂巢結構纖維織物之板材比較時吸音效果都有更加提升。
    在進一步使用疊層匹配的方式進行吸音性分析,雙層匹配時,當以9mm蜂巢結構纖維織物複合板材做為第一層時,其吸音效果最佳,吸音率達0.9以上。而使用三層匹配的方式進行吸音測試時,會因板材總體厚度過大而造成吸音率下降的情形。
    綜上所述,使用9mm蜂巢結構纖維織物製作複合板材,匹配3mm之蜂巢結構纖維織物複合板材能得到最佳的機械性質與吸音效果。
    Noise control problem has attracted the widespread attention of governments and scientists. The impact of noise on human health can be divided into two parts: 1. Physiological effects: cause the human nervous reaction, adrenaline increases, causing changes in heart rate and blood pressure, causing damage hearing mechanism. 2. Psychological effects: noise easy to feel annoyance, disturbance of sleep. In order to improve the quality of life, we need to reduce noise pollution.
    In this experiment, PU Foam and honeycomb structure made of porous fabric binding composite sound-absorbing material. By changing the structure of the plate thickness, pore size, density and sheet strength and acoustic performance testing, as focuses on the project, hoping to make a good mechanical properties and good indoor acoustic sound absorption material.
    In the experiment, first on density changes on the structure, the results that PU foam at a fixed volume the greater the density, the smaller the aperture, and the pore size referrals in 0.3mm ~ 0.72mm to have the best sound-absorbing effect.
    The honeycomb fabric as a composite sheet of reinforcing material manufacture, testing its mechanical properties and absorbing effect, the test result, the mechanical properties of 3mm best, the density of 0.19 g / cm3, warp and weft impact strength were 88.57Kg-cm, 86.64 Kg-cm. Acoustic performance and unused fabric of honeycomb structure when compared absorbing sheet has more to enhance the effect.
    In a further approach to the use of sound-absorbing laminate matching analysis, double match, when to 9mm honeycomb fabric as the first layer of the composite sheet, the best sound-absorbing, the sound-absorbing rate of 0.9 or more. And when using the three-way match acoustical test, due to the overall thickness of the sheet caused by excessive sound absorption rate has dropped the case.
    In summary, using 9mm honeycomb fabric manufacture composite sheet, matching the 3mm honeycomb fabric composite sheet can get the best mechanical properties and absorbing effect.
