    Title: 四週複合式訓練對橄欖球選手下肢爆發力之影響

    Abstract: 目的:探討四週複合式訓練介入對大專橄欖球選手下肢爆發力影響。方法:隨機將14名大專橄欖球甲組選手,分為一組複合式訓練7名及一組重量訓練7名,進行為期四週,每週4次的複合式訓練。於訓練前、後測量垂直跳、硬舉、蹲舉表現,將所測得之資料以二因子混和設計變異數分析進行統計解釋,設定顯著水準α=.05。結果:經過4週複合式訓練後,兩組分別在前後測之垂直跳、硬舉表現均達顯著差異(p<.05),其中複合式訓練組(279.71±8.08公分)和重量訓練組(268.43±11.16公分)在垂直跳後測的表現達顯著差異(p<.05),在蹲舉部分只有複合式訓練組在前後測達顯著差異(p<.05)。結論:4週複合式訓練介入後,顯著提升大專甲組橄欖球選手在下肢爆發力及肌力運動表現。
    The purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of complex training on the lower limb power of rugby players. Methods: Fourteen undergraduate rugby players were randomized into complex training group (7 subjects) and weight training group (7 subjects). All subjects should be around four times a week complex training. Before training and after training measuring the vertical jump, dead lift, deep squat performance, the data measured them with two-factor mixed design ANOVA statistical interpretation, setting significant level α = .05. Results: After four weeks of complex training, the two groups were measured before and after the vertical jump, dead lift performance reached significant difference (p <.05), wherein the compound of formula training group (279.71 ± 8.08 cm) and weight training group (268.43 ± 11.16 cm) measured in the vertical jump performance of significant differences (p <.05), only part of the squat composite training unit of significant differences (p <.05) before and after the test. Conclusion: After four weeks training involved in of composite, significantly enhance the complex training group college football player in the lower limb muscle strength and explosive athletic performance.
