    Abstract: 隨著族群媒體權的發展漸受各國重視之際,我國於2014年1月1日將原民台回歸由財團法人原住民族文化事業基金會經營,落實實踐族群媒體權,然由政府捐助成立的非營利組織-原文會,自主營運原民台已2年多,已完全脫離資源較優勢的公廣集團經營模式下,要如何在競爭激烈的媒體環境下,彰顯族群媒體權所帶來的多樣性效益,而走出自己的價值,是值得探究的。
      本研究以「財團法人原住民族文化事業基金會」為研究個案,經由深入訪談瞭解到組織的研究面向,再經相關類似發展族群媒體權的國家做比較,綜合相關的問題,並提出見解及具體建議。
    Along with the development of the right of ethnic media has been emphasized by the countries all over the world, our government returned Taiwan Indigenous Television to Indigenous Peoples Cultural Foundation to operate on January 1st, 2014 to carry out practicing the right of ethnic media. However the non-profit organization--- Indigenous Peoples Cultural Foundation which has been donated by our government, it has been running Taiwan Indigenous Television for over 2 years. Under comparative advantage has been completely out of the more resourceful Taiwan Broadcasting System. It is worth exploring how it will highlight the diverse benefits brought from The right of Ethnic Media and walk away with its own value under the intense competitive media circumstances.
      The present research takes “Indigenous Peoples Cultural Foundation” as a survey case. From the thorough interviews to understand the research domain of the organization, comparing with the related similar countries which develop the Ethnic media rights, the researchers comprehensively sort out the related questions and offer the related views and specific suggestions.
